If you have the song title already in the archive you will be prompted to add a version number after the title of the song before leaving this page.

Be consistent with your song titles using 'THE' and 'A'. Either keep these words at the beginning or end. Consistency will make it easier to locate a song as your library grows.

Fill in the name of the composer(s), arrangers or origin of the work. In some cases the folk songs may belong to a village or tribe of people.
The ‘Origin/Composer’ is limited to 59 characters. For best results keep the entry to one and a half lines in the entry box above.
Song’s Source
It is important to include the source of the entry. In some cases it's from a book. If you know the ISBN number use a citation site and copy paste the details. Your source might be a copy at a conference or workshop.
The ‘Source’ is limited to 197 characters. For best results limit the entry to two or five lines in the entry box above.
The more lines of text in the 'Origin/Composer(s)' and 'Song's Source' areas of the PDF, the smaller larger photos/scores will be in the image area of the PDF.
